please do NOT fill out the adult application if you do not have a fully fenced in yard.

We require a non-refundable $500 deposit to hold any adult once approved.

This form must be completed "IN FULL" to be considered for one of our adult dog placements.  Once approved for a specific dog there is a required $500 non-refundable deposit to hold that dog for you.
